The i5 2500 still does god job, even in streaming. Your motherboard with the newest bios can support Ivy Bridge CPUs. You can get i5 3470, which will give you slightly better performance.
As for GPU , it depends on your budget, you can get GTX 770 or R9 280X, pretty solid cards for the money and best for 1080p gaming.

You can get the i7 3770k, but your motherboard won't allow the CPU to be overclocked. So money will be spend for nothing. I doubt you will see any performance difference between the i5 and i7 in streaming.

I dont really have a budget, But currently while playing fps games and streaming, I cant even get 720p with decent gameplay.
That why I'm wondering, what can I do in order to get atleast 720p streaming and good gameplay in-game.
Will I see a difference in the streaming if I get :
CPU: Core i7-3770
GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 OC 4GB GDDR5
