Hi everyone I am looking to build a pc in the near future but I found that it is a bit more expensive than I initially wished it to be. I was wondering where I could cut down on without losing too much because I am guessing that some parts may be bottlenecked? I will be mainly using it for gaming but my priority order would be 1) silent as much as possible whilst remaining cool 2) portability, if people could recommend a smaller build that I could easily carry around then that would be great. I also wish my components to be in blue but I don't think I can buy it that way lol. What should I use to paint/spray which wouldn't be harmful for the components? As you may have been able to guess by now, this will be my first build (which I will do in the summer after exams) so any help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
