Okay so I have got some parts togeather on part picker but Ive found this other pc and im unsure which is better.

#1 has wrong ram and PSU
#2 has weak GPU that can only play solitaire

how much is your max budget?

this is the lowest i could suggest
if you want to save further, go for Radeon 270

On option one, move the psu to 500w and you'll be better served with 2X4g dimms of ddr3 1866(unless you're planning on adding another 8g dimm later but move the speed to ddr3 1866)
