I'd OC it to 4.2 with that CPU cooler and it'll have very respectable temps indeed. You could take it to 4.5Ghz but AMD CPU's aren't the best when it comes to OC. Though the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO can do 4.5Ghz temps from the 750k, the CPU doesn't like it. I'd do 4.2Ghz.
Just measure to see that you have 14cm+ of space between the motherboard and the side panel and your set. I aren't sure of the space it has that's all.
