I am doing a new micro atx build and I was wondering what is the best micro atx case I can get for
about £100.
I was thinking about getting the bitfenix prodigy m or the corsair 350D window but I am not sure if that is the best choice

This is the link to the build - http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3mket

Have you already built this computer? You could change quite a few things to get a more power computer. You don't need the H80i or the Asus Maximus with an i3 processor that can't be overclocked. Drop the Maximus and get an ASRock Extreme4m. Change the RAM to a 2x4 kit. And unless you can afford an 4670k or plan on buying one down the road, drop the H80i and get a different cooler like CoolerMaster EVO. You will also want to change that PSU. The CX series has a bad rep around here. If you stick with Corsair, get the TX or HX series. But because of your small build, I suggest a modular PSU.

As for the case, I own the Corsair 350D and I really like it.

What I suggest:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£137.03 @ Aria PC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£25.45 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87M Extreme4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£92.08 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£65.44 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card (£154.99 @ Novatech)
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£77.98 @ Amazon UK)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer (£11.69 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £564.66
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I haven't built the micro atx build yet

Here's a link to the changed build - http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3mlkJ

I know you said to not go with corsair unless its tx or hx but I have been using a corsair supply for a year and I have had no problems with it.

What overclock do you think I could get to with a cooler master evo on the intel i5 4570

The point of the change is because of the parts used in the CX series. They have cheap capacitors. Same as the RM650. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=...

I accidentally clicked on the 4570 on the build I provided. It should be the 4670k, which is about £30 more and has the ability to overclock. Only the Intel k CPUs can be overclocked. If you with the EVO, 4.5 GHz is a good mild overclock.

All the RM series uses poor capacitors , don't use CX, VS , or RM series supplies.
