I want to add another fan to my off the shelf PC because there is a spot for one that exhausts out the back. I've already check to see an yes I have an empty chassis fan power spot on the motherboard.

I have a $100 budget (I know it won't cost that much but just saying)

Couple questions here....

1. Is there an easy way to determine the size of the spot so I get the right size fan? I thought measuring it but I'm not sure if there is a certain way to measure it accurately or not.

2. What things should I consider when looking for a fan? Like RPM, Voltage, etc...???

Also... since I have $100 if you could include a good heatsink as well that would be awesome. I have an FM2 socket motherboard. A-10 6700 APU I believe it is 32nm I'm not sure though.

I don't have an aftermarket case. This link will show you the computer tower that I have. It has a view of the back of it on there an you can see the fan spot I'm referring too.
