Will the 4th Gen Intel core i5. 4200U (1.6 GHz - 2.6 GHz) be able to play Battlefield 4 and COD Ghosts at medium settings?

I would say so mate. I did see a video with BF4 running on Intel HD 4600 graphics and I think it was running at 1280x720 low or medium settings. I think it was an AMD APU demo or something where they also featured the Intel iGPU so your set up should play it at medium with playabe FPS. Also if you have Windows 8.1 you do get a boost in performance for BF4. Dude i played bf4 with i5 3350p and gt 640 its unplayable i got like 10-25 fps on medium sampling on 100% with no shadow and aa but you will get a lil better cause of your gpu but i cant say what your cpu will cause

Yes even on high with 50% sampling the sampling is the pixels but for a nice graphics 100% everything on medium no aa and shadow on low you may get even 35-40 fps sometimes

Yes. I very much imagine it would play BF4. I bet you could tun it at a Resolution of 1280x720 or higher on medium setting and still be playable. You might get some drops because the CPU is not the High performance choice but it will run at the turbo speed when playing so lets just say it runs at 2.6GHz in game.
