My game ping has gone really high

I always have 30-40 ping and no desync but for the past 2 days its been going up to 350 and 100000 any help would be greatly appreciated

What internet connection type (DSL, cellular, cable, or fibre usually), over WiFi or Ethernet, and do other devices do it?

What ISP and plan? That's the easiest way to find out.
