Will the FX 8150 be good enough for future gaming?

Hi,

I can pick up the fx 8150 for 70 bucks, but will it be good enough for games like Watch Dogs and Assassins Creed Unity? I currently have an AMD Athlon II x4 620 @2.6 ghz and, the GTX 660 and 8 gb RAM.

Good board and I would go with the FX6300 and overclock.

I will buy the Asus AMD 970/SB950 M5A97 PRO motherboard. My current board is an old factory board from Acer so I will not use it anymore. I will also buy 8 gb RAM. Maybe I should buy the fx 6300 along with that board and oc it. Is that possible? I have the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO so I will put that on the cpu.

For $70 I'd say its worth it IF you plan to overclock. IIRC, those bulldozer chips overclocked pretty high, and you will definitely need to do that in order to gain good performance. If you plan to stay at stock, then go for the 6300.
