Razer Deathstalker ultimate: 3 finger gesture not working

Hi, so I bought a deathstalker ultimate keyboard yesterday, I have managed to solve most of the issues, however for some reason the 3 finger gesture to switch pages of apps does not work. all the other gestures works except this one. Btw i am connected to my laptop.

Don't think so, it should be pretty much straight forward...Anyways after days contacting Razer support, they still could help me....their solution was to update the microsoft framework 3.5 which doesnt help since i couldn't installit and when i did nothing changed...
