Hello, I just recently purchased this card, http://products.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx760-dual-superclocked-ff-88989-1296.htm?affiliateid=7474144, and would like to know if I need to do any extra steps to set it up since it is a dual bios card? Also, why is this card http://products.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx760-superclocked-w-04-85649.htm , more expensive?

It should act as a regular GPU, and when off, if you switch to the other BIOS, it would simply boot with a different OC Profile. Like CPU OC profiles in some of the newer BIOS'. No extra steps required, to my knowledge.
That website actually has the Dual Bios card at $319. It's more expensive, though there's a sale for $50 off, which is why it looks cheaper than the one without the Dual Bios. I'd get the Dual Bios one just because it's cheaper, and hey, extra OC profiles.
