Looking for a clear side panel case?

I'm looking for a nice mid-tower case that is cheap, has good airflow, and has a clear side panel. (And is preferably blue) The cable management I think I can get around if there isn't a perfect case out there.

What is your budget?
The 430 ELITE is a nice cheap windowed case, and the Carbide 300r Windowed is a nice case for mainstream builders, with the obsidian line up next.

My budget is around 60-70 dollars at most. And I have the 430 elite already, I'm looking for an upgrade. I like to see the parts in my case with some blue cathodes in it

If you can spare the extra, the 300r is a great case.
(I had a 430 Elite, and upgraded to this case with some blue cathodes
