My mobo and cpu are being replaced with a fx 6300 and its 30 more watts then before. I currently have the newest Cx430 which pulls about 384 watts and my system will pull about 370 watts, is this okay???

When overclocked the power consumption can go up to 500 but it will probably work but it might not be able to pull 430. There is a way with amps to test this but I forgot the whole consumption rules. Definitely not playing it totally safe but it should work.

Yeah, It should work, but I prefer a bit more headroom. To be honest though, I am known on another board for my tendency of PSU over kill.
