CPU reading 0 degrees?

I have an amd sempron 145 with the second core unlocked. I get a reading of 0 degrees why is that?

Try Installing HW Monitor and running it and see what you get. You wn't even get 0 degrees with a dead processor as you wil at least get the ambient room temp.

Same thing. It was reading fine last night when I unlocked the core

Restarted the computer and its reading fine now.
