I am looking to build a computer for about $600-700.
AMD FX6300
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3mqT6

SEMPRON XFIRE
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3mr9i

Which would be better? Crossfire GPU's or one GPU but a better CPU?

Consider buying this instead. You'll experience extreme bottlenecking in the Sempron build.

You are generally better off with a single strong GPU vs going SLI or CF. You also need a 990fx board from AMD or a Z87 board from Intel to do 2 way GPU properly.

Yes 6300 will bottleneck dual GPU solution, I would recommend you to save up some money and get good build (i5, Z87~97, GTX-770) for 1000~1200$! or if you want build for 700$ then go for CTurbo's build!
