What is the max safe temp for Sapphire R9 290

I maxed out Tomb Raider on PC and its temps have been slowly increasing since then, in the low 60s after 2 hours. Is this normal? What is the max safe temp for a R9 290?

Non- Reference will run on 90-92C max safe as prescribed by AMD.
