Crashing on startup

My PC has recently been crashing everytime I turn on my computer. I am unable to see the actual error message, because it occurs in the transition between the windows loading icon, and the login screen.

I have seen the error screen once or twice, but when I do white lines move very fast across the screen, then my PC restarts...

I have run diagnostic tools on my processor, hard drive, RAM and video memory, and everything has passed...

Any suggestions?
