Do I need a liquid cooler for these specs?

Hi there! I have a number of questions to ask, as I am thinking of buying a gaming pc off pcspecialist.co.uk for a budget of £3000. First of all here are the specs of everything I am buying:

Case: CORSAIR GRAPHITE SERIES™ 600T WHITE MID-TOWER CASE
Processor (CPU) = AMD FX-9590 EIGHT CORE CPU (4.7GHz-5.0GHz/16MB CACHE/AM3+)
Motherboard = ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (DDR3, USB3.0. 6 GB/s, CrossFireX/Sli)
Memory (RAM) = 16GB Kingston Dual – DDR3 1600MHz (2 x 8GB)
1st Graphics Card = 4GB AMD RADEON R9 290X
2nd Graphics Card = 4GB AMD RADEON R9 290X
3rd Graphics Card = 4GB AMD RADEON R9 290X
1st Hard Drive = 500GB 3.5 SATA- ||| 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 16MB CACHE
2nd Hard Drive = 2TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD2003FZEX, SATA 6 GB/s, 64MB CACHE (7200RPM)
NO RAID
1st DVD/BLU-RAY DRIVE = 24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER
Power Supply = CORSAIR 750W RM SERIES MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD ULTRA QUIET
Processor Cooling = Corsair H100i Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler
Sound Card = ASUS Xonar DSX
Wireless/Wired Networking = Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps PCI-E Card
USB Options: 4 Port USB 2.0 Internal PCI Card + Standard USB Ports
Monitor: ASUS MX279H 27” Full HD AH-IPS LED DISPLAY
Keyboard: Corsair Raptor K70 Fully Backlit Gaming Mechanical Keyboard
Gaming Mouse Pad = Corsair Vengeance MM400 Gaming Mouse Mat
Speakers: Creative GigaWorks T20 Series || 2.0 Multimedia Speakers
Operating System = Windows 8.1 64bit
Total Price = £2999

My main concerns are: Do I need a liquid cooler with the specs I have provided above? (I do not intend to overclock)
Is the power supply I have chosen sufficient enough?
Is it fine to run all these specs on just 1 monitor?

Thank you

Pav

The 9590 comes with a cheap substandard cooler. You would really want an h100i or a custom loop for the 9590.
There is really no reason to go and for the processor. It will bottleneck the three cards. A 4930k will not

I find intel so much more expensive and it provides less GHz than my choice of specs. With AMD, I can get so much more with my money, what's your opinion?

I want to buy the ultimate gaming pc which is super powerful, so I just want to fill up my system with 3 graphics cards. What you are saying to do with 16gb ram, is that too little or already too much?

This would be equal if not better in gaming for 50% of the price

for gaming no game use's more than 4 gb of vram or man than 8gb or memory your system is overkill by a mile a thousand dollar build will probaly run battlefield 4 just as well or any other game. istead of three graphics cards get 1 titan black gpu with 4gb of vram a intel 4670k and you are golden

How much would all of this cost if I do not want to build it? I want it built for me. Where i the best place to purchase where it gets built for me?

Then you definitely don't need 3 gpu's. :lol:

Dude you are wanting to spend £3000 on a PC just to game on a single 1080p monitor? Even this £1500 would be serious overkill for that. How about getting this and then getting a REALLY good 1440p or 1600p monitor for around £600-800.

{quote]But wouldn't you think 2, 780ti's are a bit overkill for 1080p? :lol: [/quote]

Absolutely! Even ONE 780ti is overkill for a single 1080p monitor. I was obviously wrong in assuming that somebody wanting to spend £3000 on a PC would be using at least a triple monitor setup or something.
