I've always seen people be so helpful in this website so I thought I would finally ask my own question of which I can't reach a choice alone.
I currently run a rig with AMD FX Quad Core, 8gb ram, and a xfx 6950 that I got in 2012.
I feel that it might be time to replace that card in hopes of a better overall visual quality and fps increase.
I'm open to Nvidia or AMD path, just have no idea what's a good use of money and what would be a significant upgrade for a price range up to $280-290.
