ok m8 lets assume you have no other modular cables and only the pic that we are looking at
get one of these
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BitFenix-Molex-Extension-45cm-Sleeved-Blue-Black-/321054318323?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL&hash=item4ac0541ef3
plug female end into your psu , cable is long enough to hide behind motherboard tray ,
then one of these

to the male end on the other end of the molex cable plugged into your psu

is that what you are after ? that is asuming a standard four pin molex female will plug into your psu

Yep, that's my thought as well, you need a male to female to act as an extension (that way you always end up with the same as the original cable end. If you have modular you can't go straight to the modular port on the psu, you have to go from the 8pin atx cable.

the power pack is just my old computer i bought the new motherboard im running a 4pin from the psu to 8 pin motherboard but is randomly losing power so i google it and lask of power was the main thing

do not plug directly into those.

find your proper modular cables and then plug into that. If you have lost this then what you need in an icute 8pin atx cable, probably only available from icute if at all. There is no standardisation with these so you might be lucky and find that the 8pins exactly match the 8pins of the atx connection, but they might not and you could then kill your board.
