I was completing an article on remote sensing for college project too my friend. These are the exact stuffs I thought about at first. Bingo. Though,I didnt plan for any dedicated graphic card cuz in India, its 35 bucks more for least. That's why I had a plan for this Kaveri 7600 for having 6 gpu (R7). I thought that 1600 mhz 8 gb ram can be primarilly ok. Now,your list seems like my back-up option. :-)

US or rupees?
The kaveri GPU may say r7 series, but it is nowhere close to the real one.

Ok. Now tell me these things.
A AM3+ motherboard with video ports like vga/hdmi/dvi,
any cheap video card around 50 usd. O yeah..I saw that with 2133 ram, people can play battlefield in lower fps. See the cputech site.

I am pretty sure that there is not any mobo like that because the CPU doesn't have integrated graphics. And if it does, the graphics will be crap.
A video card for 50 USD? wtf, that won't play anything. and 1600 mhz vs 2133 RAM won't make much of a difference in video games. Only in stuff like rendering applications. And it's very expensive. No way you will be able to fit that in your budget. Add 100 USD more to that 500 to factor in 2133 Mhz and a mobo that can support that.

That mobo is a great budget mobo. Very good. ASUS is a good brand for mobo. Look it up on newegg and the ASUS site. It has everything u need to know. IT IS A AM3+ Mobo, so you will need the fx-series processors. I used the 6300 in the post with the build.

fx is way more powerful that kaveri. Why.
-More Cores
-Higher speed
-The power spent to power the integrated gpu is used the the cpu itself doesn't get as much power. With the fx, the power is used for the cpu ONLY and splitted up between the gpu/cpu. Alteast, that's what I think it is. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

no. x86 is 32 bit. Not good. get x64. 32 = not good for games and programs. Plus you can only have 4 gigs of RAM with x86 systems. With x64, the limit is on the mobo and OS.

it'll be good for atleast 2-3 years. Try to go with a 8320 IF possible. Otherwise, the 6300 will do just fine. I say to get the 8320 because it has more cores and is is more powerful than the 6300. Also, there is only a 40-50 USD price difference.

Stock heatsink is trash. IT can be oc'ed until the computer doesn't boot or is unstable.
