I have a Toshiba Satellite U845-S406 on Windows 7. It has been fine for about 2 years; now it shows a blue screen every 15-30 minutes.

Nothing has changed since the day it was bought.

There were three unknown devices with no information. I deleted them, hoping the system would find them and load them properly, but it didn't change at all.

The blue screen says:
Stop 0x1000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8800129D6B0, 0xFFFFF88003987798, 0xFFFFF88003986FF0)
IASTOR.SYS Address FFFFF8800107F60 Base at FFFFF88001036000, Datestamp 4F29d59c

My understand is that this has to do with Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver, and that has to do with RAID, which I am not using.

I went to the Toshiba website and downloaded the software for IRST; but that did not help.
I disabled it in bios, but that didn't help.

I deleted the driver and rebooted. It loaded the driver and told me to reboot. When I did, windows wouldn't load. Auto Repair told me to restore and earlier system, which made it like it was before; crashing every 20 minutes.

I have run numerous virus softwares that found and deleted stuff, but didn't help.
Memory and disk diagnostics say they are fine.
All my drivers seem to be up to date.

Any suggestions for what I should do now?

AFAIK all my drivers are current.
Memory diagnostics show no errors.
