Hi there i cant seem to access my hard drive all of a sudden i have a Acer computer and it is not opening my passport ? what can i do to sort this out, i have all my records on there and cant access it :(

I own three My Passport drives and they can be very temperamental. Before doing anything drastic I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable from the drive itself. I have found that very often the drive will be recognized after doing that.
