Hello.
I use a laptop to record video game footage, and I'm looking to buy an external hard drive dedicated for capturing, editing, and rendering. This one, to be exact (1TB): http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Expansion-Portable-External-STBX500100/dp/B00834SJSK/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1396723651&sr=1-2
I'm just wondering whether or not the fact that it is an external hard drive will anchor down the write speed when recording video (I do use USB 3.0).
Thanks.
