Which should I upgrade?

Hi, sorry I'm a noob here and don't know if this is the right place to post this.
I want to know if should upgrade my CPU or graphics card to play Battlefield 4 as I only have enough money to upgrade one.
Now I know there's no way to play BF4 on my current config.

My current config:

Intel Core I3 3220 3.3 Ghz
Nvidia Geforce GT630 2GB 128bit
4GB DDR3 1600Mhz
450watt power supply

Ok, well i'd say for simplicity, go with a 750ti OR a gtx 760. the i3 will handle it fine without too much of a bottleneck and will be the more cost effective upgrade

need to know a bit more first, please list motherboard, exact make of your psu

1 top upgrade would be a cpu. upgrading to the i5 would be a good cost effective move
2. next would be your gpu, the 750ti can almost play bf4 on ultra for a great price
3. buy another identical stick of ram to the one you already have, or identical ram kit if it is 2 sticks so you can run in dual channel mode
4. Psu upgrade for whenever it comes time to upgrade again; the psu is one of the only "futureproofable" parts in the system although they do degrade slightly over time
