Problems with Synapse 2.0 and/or Razer Naga 2014

The left click is greyed out in the mouse tab in my Razer Synapse software. The other buttons all have a green highlight to them and are selectable to edit and change to what you like. All the buttons but the left click are selectable in my software. I have only had my mouse for a few days and havent changed anything or made and profiles yet. Mouse left click works fine its just not selectable to change in the software.

I dont have another computer. Its no that the left click isnt working its the software that isnt letting my change the left click.

If you still think it might be a software issue uninstall everything including changing the registry you can see a detailed guide here http://www.uninstallsupport.com/uninstallsoftware/uninstall-Razer-Synapse-2.0-1.00.06-completely.html
After that reboot your computer, update the net framework to the latest version while having anti virus and the firewall disabled. Make sure you get the net update off of windows website. Install the framework update, reboot, and re install the synapse. After that re-enable your anti virus software and your firewall and try and see if it works.

I figured it out (finally) Razer doesn't allow you to change the left click until you have selected left click on another mouse button. This is so you can still use the basic function of your mouse incase you haven't created a second profile or still configuring your current profile. Wish I found that online rather than stumbling upon it after much frustration. :)

They grey it out for safety so you don't change it and the mouse is unusable i just recommend not changing your mouse 1, if you are going to change it in the game instead of synapse.
