The past few weeks I've had this mouse lag/stutter when I move it a little bit on my desk and it moves in a jagged motion and stops further than where I intended. Its not the mouse or the desk because I have tested it on my laptop and it works fine. I've been looking for solutions and can't find one for my problem. I also use two monitors. Also this doesn't occur just in games.
