Will 1 monitor handle all of this or which monitor will? Will the motherboard, power supply or cooler work with all these specs or better is needed? Can you help me out here please!

Yes, it will all preform great, what i am saying about the monitor is that the GPU is intended for 2560x1600. This is not saying that it won't work with 1080p. I would suggest getting 2-3 monitors if you can(at 1080p) you will get more performance at 1080p.

It will work fine, it can support up to 6-8 monitor in 2 way sli I believe though
I wouldn't suggest it. At 1080p it will prefore very well as it is intended for (780 ti) for 2560x1600 gaming.

So I will need a 2560x1600 screen monitor to run all this specs, is this what you are saying? Can you double check that all these specs will work out if I include that monitor instead please
