Hey guys.

I've seen countless posts with this same title but still haven't found a solution yet and was wondering whether someone could help me.

I recently bought the ASUS R9 270x (http://www.teslatech.co.za/pc-components/graphics-cards...) and when I put it into my mobo and start up my pc, both the LED's on the R9 270x light up green, showing there is power. But my screen remains blank.
Here are my specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
8192mb of RAM
Samsung Syncmaster SA300 screen
Intel DH67BL Motherboard
I bought a brand new 650w power supply as well but that didn't help either.

My current g-card is an Nvidia 430GT. I did use Display Driver Uninstaller (http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_unin...) but that didn't help either.

We tried using another screen with a higher resolution and using a DVI cable as well, but to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Are you getting any display at all , like can you get to the loading screen of the mobo? If you are getting no display than the card is DOA.

No, not any visual from my screen at all. When I tested it with a Dell HDMI/DVI screen the said there was no input. My screen just remains blank from the second I start-up my computer.

Than you card is DOA i.e dead on arrival. You can't get it to show display.

Alright thanks for the input. I'll contact my supplier tomorrow and return the product. If the problem persists then I'll post again, otherwise it'll be fixed :)

Hope they sent you the working card this time. And keep us posted if it works or not. Cheers.

Same problem, but the card is NOT DOA. It works just fine in a Windows 7 HP machine. Don't know if the problem is with Windows 8 or the Intel mobo (i-7). HELP!
