Upgrade Time! Low budget though :/

Hey guys, new to forum :/ 
So im planning on doing an upgrade for this easter and i want you guys to help me out with my upgrade (Gaming PC).
So here's my RIG:

Gigabyte GA-945GZM-S2 mobo
2GB of kingston RAM (2x1 @ 533 Mhz)
Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66 Mhz
Radeon x1650 PRO
300w PSU

So im aiming to upgrade with a budget of
150-200$ what do you guys suggest?

Well it looks fine but what games are you planning on playing beacuse that wont run any AAA that was made in probaly the last 3 years.

I am a general gamer playing all kinds of games...im just planning to start with these and then upgrade my GPU to this:

the cpu will most likely bottleneck that card it will have a hard time with new games like battlefield 4 and ac4 and even older games like gta 4 and so on i would definitely recommend an i5 or a decent i3 processor.

damn :/  i dont wanna spend a fortune on that, what card do you recommend? would a quad core LGA775 help?

Yes any intel quad core will be much better than what you have even i5 duel cores would be a big improvement.

That processor will be great but i personally would go with amd in that price range the fx 6300 or the fx 8350 they are more powerful for around the same price as the i3.
