New build No signal or freez/Bleuscreen I need help.

Hey,

I have a new pc builded a month ago and have a problems from day 1 my pc freezes or getting bleu screen or getting black screen NO signal its all random.
When i'm getting the black screen no signal my pc still runs and shut his self down or getting bleu screen.When my pc shut his self down everting is off but i see that the LAN cable still gives a green orange colour?

I'm sick of it.What i have tried is.

BIOS UPDATE
Memtest
Fresh windows install 7/8/8.1
All drivers uninstalled/reinstalled
different GPU tested.

the temps are all fine cool
nothing is overclocked just stock

PC specs

MSI H87-G43 GAMING

I5-4670 temps 35 idle max 60

corsair 8 gb ram 1600 mhz

ATI gigabyte 6870 1 gb temps 38 idle max 63

Corsair cx600m

Crucial SSD 120 GB

I hope some can help me
with this problem

Clear your CMOS. Have you tried to overclock? If so, this could be your problem.

no never tried.
CMOS is that de battery from the motherboard? just replace?

CMOS is indeed that round battery from the motherboard. Take it out and leave it out for 5 minutes. When that time is up put it back in your computer and boot up.

did it same problem after boot 5 min browsing on internet and black screen no signal

edit i did what you say but psu not connected and after i did connected te psu agian

Okay. Are you using an intergrated graphics card or a PCI-E?

yes i can acces in my bios

The black screen is not when booting but random on browsing or gaming

Check your power management settings too That will let you set parameters for the monitor to turn off, the hard drives. Maybe someone accidentally changed them?

Also, try hooking up to another monitor. It could be a monitor problem.

Okay. So your BIOS... does your computer shut down when you are in that?

Because if it doesn't you either have a BIOS or an OS problem. Maybe try reinstalling your OS

i tried my brother's monitor same problem i have tried windows 7 / 8 and 8.1 same problem its not the os

NO my computer do not shut down in bios its when i'm playing games or watching a movie or on internet/facebook random freez or black screen no signal of bsod

Oh okay. You've got yourself a graphics card problem. Try removing the PCI-E card and running the intergrated and tell me what happens.

Either a graphics problem or a motherboard. Can you send through a picture of your BIOS' PC health screen?

No its not a gpu problem i tested it too with te r9 280x

What do you mean with the bios health?

In your BIOS you should be able to find a section named 'PC Health' or something similiar. It shows all the information about your computer; fan speeds, processor clock, ect.
