I want a rig that plays games at 1080p 5 years from now even if the quality is low. No real budget, but lower is better.

I already ordered the GPU, so please no Sapphire fanboys. I might go with the 4670k if you can convince me the extra $100 for the 4770k won't make a big difference 4-5 years from now. I have never overclocked before but I definitely plan on it for both the CPU and GPU.
