A red light on my motherboard

I recently bought a sabertooth z87 and a i7 4770k to upgrade from my current verisions, I have put in both but theirs seems to be a red light on the side of the motherboard and I am not getting an image on my monitor

My current set up is:
Sabertooth z87
I7 4770k
Zodiac 670
Cx600 power unit
Corsair ram 8g I think

Can anyone help, I'm not a techno

which lite is lit? there is one next to the Ram to indicate issue with ram. There is one next to the CPU to indicate an issue with the CPU. There is one next to the GPU indicating an issue with the GPU and there is one next to the South bridge indicating an issue with the HDD.

which one is lit?

IF there is an issue with the boot device then make sure the HDD has power, Try using a different sata port on the board(different color port), try a different cable, If possible try a different HDD. If you have an Optical drive plugged in unplug it and try it.
