Hello everyone , i've been playing lots of games and since a while ago some games get crashes or when i Alt/Tab the screen stays black until the gpu cools a bit,or at least that is the thing which happens.
Current PC specs:
MoBo: Assus M4A78T-E
OS: Win7 Ultimate (64bit)
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2Ghz
Ram:12Gb DDR3 1333Ghz
GPU: nVidia Geforce 9500GT
Monitor Resolution : 1370x768 (60hz)
PSU: MasterCooler 620W
Hdd: 2x500 Sata3
Games that im looking to play at higher quality (D.O.T.A.2, CS:GO , SC2 etc.).
Things that i wanna change are the mobo(optional) and the Graphic card which is a must i believe.The mobo that i have atm has 2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 so i dont know if i get a gpu with 3.0 PCIe will match with it ?
Also must get some coolers since the ones i have now are way too noisy(the ones i have now are stock i think).
Feel free to give any suggestions about what gpu and cooler i should get!

but since my monitor is like 18.5" that might be the reason of the low resolution, i hope ill get a new one maybe 22/24" so with that will be as u said 1080 or smth, also thanks for the tips about the cooler
