A 750W PSU is for a $1500+ PC using an Intel i7 and a GTX 780ti. Your graphics (150w) and CPU (210w) would likely need a PSU with at least 30A on the 12v rail, preferably 38A. This one has 40A and is on Amazon for $45 free shipping.

With your build, it's a waste of money. You're paying double to get nothing extra.

If you're going amd the 8320 is best performance per price. the 8350 is 50 dollars for not much. If you're going intel the i5-4570 or 4670k are both fine for the price of the 8350. They are cooler and use less power so you won't need a great cooler unless overclocking.
i read somewhere that the 8 cores are better than 4...i really dont know

Sorry, took so long, but how about the ASRock Z87 Pro 4, with a Intel i3 4330, GSkill 2x4GB RJ X 1600/9 (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL), the same WD Blue 1 TB used above, same GPU Asus 770 CU model, for a PSU the SeaSonic S12II 620, and case is a matter of preference, but the Zalman Z9 is a nice one and I think about 72 Euros, should come out at about 755 in Euros

My 3570k is overclocked to 4.2 from 3.4, using a corsair h-55, and run 30*C at idle to 64*C under prime95 small fft's. You could expect roughly the same with a hyper212 at 4.2-4.3 OC. A h-80i works well for higher OC, the h-100i is suited to more extreme OC. The exceptions to this is if you run your pc in higher ambient temps like some ppl from India reported 35-40*C temps then the higher cooling capacity of a h-100i was warranted for a mild OC.
