Look for a 500 min watt PSU with at least 24 AMPs on the 12 volt rail, Might want to look at SeaSonic, XFX, Silverstone, COrsair (like their TX model, would shy away from the entry level CX)

There are numerous places that have PSU calculators available on the web, try a couple, seriously doubt you'll see any that will show close to 750 for your rig, a good 500 as I mentioned is plenty unless you plan to XFire in the future, then a 7-750 might be appropriate ;)

Maybe a 8320 instead of a 8350

A 750W PSU is for a $1500+ PC using an Intel i7 and a GTX 780ti. Your graphics (150w) and CPU (210w) would likely need a PSU with at least 30A on the 12v rail, preferably 38A. This one has 40A and is on Amazon for $45 free shipping.

I wouldn't throw down $200 on an AMD. I'd switch over to Intel. I also wouldn't throw down $260 on a 270x. Your build comes to ~$930. You can do better with a rig based off a i5-4430 and a GTX 770.

With your build, it's a waste of money. You're paying double to get nothing extra.

If you're going amd the 8320 is best performance per price. the 8350 is 50 dollars for not much.
If you're going intel the i5-4570 or 4670k are both fine for the price of the 8350. They are cooler and use less power so you won't need a great cooler unless overclocking.

i read somewhere that the 8 cores are better than 4...i really dont know

In some cases but intel has better cores. If you need 8 that is a good way to go, but most don't even use 4 at a time. Also if sli or xfire is needed usually 750 watts. If not then 500 to 550 is usually sufficient.

Sorry, took so long, but how about the ASRock Z87 Pro 4, with a Intel i3 4330, GSkill 2x4GB RJ X 1600/9 (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL), the same WD Blue 1 TB used above, same GPU Asus 770 CU model, for a PSU the SeaSonic S12II 620, and case is a matter of preference, but the Zalman Z9 is a nice one and I think about 72 Euros, should come out at about 755 in Euros

Ok, I suggest choosing the XFX pro Core edition 550w. The XFX pro core edition uses Japanese capacitors and is manufactured with Seasonic components inside. Seasonic make the best PSUs available.

Sweet!, no real need for the H100, can use a Hyper 212 EVO which will more than suffice.

My 3570k is overclocked to 4.2 from 3.4, using a corsair h-55, and run 30*C at idle to 64*C under prime95 small fft's. You could expect roughly the same with a hyper212 at 4.2-4.3 OC. A h-80i works well for higher OC, the h-100i is suited to more extreme OC. The exceptions to this is if you run your pc in higher ambient temps like some ppl from India reported 35-40*C temps then the higher cooling capacity of a h-100i was warranted for a mild OC.

My IB 3570K is at 4.7 w/ a Hyper 212 EVO and idles in the low/mid 30s been running like that since they released the IBs, back in early 2012
