SSD Defrag. Question
Apr 5, 2014, 4:11 PM
Hey, I have a 240 GB Corsair Gaming SSD, I just ran a Defrag "analyze" and it says my main partition is 20% fragmented, and my back-up partition is 1% fragmented.
I only have about 30 GB free on the SSD, So should I go ahead and Defrag, or would it negatively impact the drives performance?

ssd defrag question

Do not defrag a SSD. You need to TRIM it instead. Defrag will increase the wear on the drive.
