Hello all im a first time poster and have never built a pc in my life before. Luckily I have someone in the family who is more than capable of putting it together.

But wanted to know a £500 budget would be enough to build a pc that would run games better than a ps4. Is this atall possible. Ihave the windows 8 disk monitor and razer game gear already.

Very greatfull for any response thanks

(Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-04-08 21:10 BST+0100) I have updated the build. I used the 450w before because it was only £20 where the 550w is £47 (about) which is over double the price

Solution

+1 and yes, it will outperform the PS4.

Hey again thanks for replies. Im not questioning your knowledge on this but the guy building the pc thinks a higher power supply would be wiser?

Thanks in advance again

Always happy to help :)

Of course; it is a great bargain for the price in my opinion.

I changed it from 450w to 550w. 550W will be enough
