Ram- 2x4gb 1333 PNY
Mobo- Msi a55m-e35
CPU- amd a4 6320 duel core 3.8 ghz with integrated graphics
Computer will start and get to the bios but when I launch windows 7 it will start to load but then it will just restart. It says the problem was no drivers but I did install them. I didn't for the CPU but I read that it isn't necessary to. Maybe it's because I'm using a graphics card with the integrated graphics? Do I need drivers for CPU? I'm stuck.

Every time you change motherboard you need to install new windows. Did you install new windows after changing the motherboard?
