Dear friends,

I am trying to connect 3 x12v fans and 2x corsair h80s to a single 6pin connector... I have checked that the wattage is sufficient, however i want to check this is a safe thing to do...

I value cleanliness in my case (mini itx - cm elite 130), so want to use the lowest number of cables possible!

What i plan to do is to plug in a 6pin pci to molex, then use a molex to 3 molex splitter, then one of the molexes split further to 3x 12V 3pin fan headers...

Total wattage would be around the 65W mark. Which has still a bit of headroom.

Friends pls advise if this is a safe thing to do...

Thanks!

For fans it is perfectly OK. Fans are low power devices - less than 12 watts each.

Yes you can plug in all those devices on the same SATA power cable. And since you have already checked the PSU for wattage, it will work fine.
