Hi michael9594
what is the model of your motherboard m8 , depending on the motherboard you may be able to set fan profiles in your bios or windows,
you can also invest in a fan controller , there are a lot of good ones out there these days and reasonably cheap to buy.
Speedfan is software that will allow you to adjust fan speeds

Yup.... This can be oft be done via BIOS or by included MoBo Software such as FanXpert2 from Asus. I use FanXpert to control

Two Water Pumps off CPU and CPU_OPT header

CHA_1 Headrer => Phanteks PCB => Six Radiator fans on 420 rad
CHA_2 Headrer => Phanteks PCB => Four Radiator fans on 280 rad
CHA_3 Headrer => Phanteks PCB => Five case fans

PCBs are also available from Swiftech (PWM) and Modmytoys and can be purchased from FrozenCPU.com

If ya don't have software from ya MoBo, can try SpeedFan.

usually this is done By heat. the hotter the motherboard reads the higher the fans spin. You can try speedfan and see if it works, sometimes does sometimes doesn't. this will help with case fans.

for the GPU you can use MSI Afterburner to make your own fan curve so as the heat raises the fans will spin faster at a lower temp.
