the video ram on a video card is fixed ddr3 or ddr5. it does not use any of the system ram or conenct to it. you want a ddr5 card right now it faster then the older ddr3 ram.

Thanks for replying. I am new to this. BAckward Compatible means ? I can insert the card from one side where they allowed to attach with cabinet and the card handle will be inbetwwen the cabinet and board.

If i rotate and place other way it will be contacting with the board and i cannot tighten with screw.

Please consider that i am Graphic Designer and i brought it as per advice from the local vendor.

Yes, the newer PCIe 3.0 GPU will work in the older PCIe 2.0 based motherboard. No worries.

Also, there is no relationship between the DDR5 on the video card and the DDR3 memory used by the motherboard. They are completely independent from one another.

Just install the card as it was previously installed, and make sure you get rid of the drivers from the old card, and get the ones for the new one.
