Games Keep Crashing

Most every game I play now has been crashing on me consistently. CS:GO, Diablo III, Battlefield 4. The only game that hasn't crashed on me so far is League of Legends. I recently installed a new motherboard CPU, and CPU water cooler. The temperatures on all of my hardware is normal. CPU temps don't go above 50 C while in game and my GPU does not go above 60 C in game. The temps on all my other hardware seem decent as well. I did try and overclock the CPU when I first got it, and I think that may have been the cause of the problems. But, I reverted all of my settings back to default and I still have the issues. I don't BSOD and Windows doesn't freeze. The game just crashes. CS:GO is the main culprit. It will crash and not even give me an error, or it will try and reopen itself.

Specs:

Windows 7 64 bit
MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX mobo
Intel i7-4770k
GTX 780 Ti SC with ACX coolers
OCZ Gold 850w PSU
Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM (2x8)
Corsair H100i Water Cooler

P.S. Twice within the past month or so, I have gotten a BSOD that gave me an error that read "Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal". I don't know what that means. Please help! :)

Did you change the motherboard but also reformated the HDD?
Try this: delete the profiles or folder settings of the games. Some of them are located at /your user name/AppData/Local, some at /your user name/Documents

This BSOD is because your GPU's driver is outdated. Go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers and update it.

When i did a fresh install of Windows 7, yes I did a format on all of my hard drives (including my SSD). I will try this and let you know if it works!
