Hello. Recently I've been having massive CPU problems & FPS spikes/drops and I'm clueless as to why. I've checked my drive for errors, cleaned everything, drivers are up-to-date, temperatures are fine & CPU isn't throttling. I have no idea why I'm getting problems with my build, my build is as follows;

Case - NZXT Phantom 430
Motherboard - ASRock 990FX Extreme 3
CPU - AMD FX-4100 Bulldozer 3.6Ghz (Stock speed)
GPU - AMD Radeon 7770 PowerColor
RAM - Ballistix 2x4GB 1866Mhz
PSU - Corsair CX600W
HDD - 1TB (Don't know much about the HDD in my PC)

Why am I getting problems with this build? Games don't run like they should. Is something not right in this build.. All parts were bought off of eBuyer. Most problems have persisted since the build was made. I originally bought this PC with parts in it, but since have replaced all parts with the specifications above except HDD & Disc drive. Please can someone help, should I replace something or remove something? Thanks in advance.
