After upgrading to h100i, temps are higher, and fans rpm is weird.

Hi
So recently i bought h100i and i changed it with CM 212 hyper evo.
Few problems that am currently facing are, when am playing bf4 the two of the fanks on radiator are running at 2k up to 2.3k RPM both, and after some time they drop to 400 and they stay like that, while my cpu get more heat and pipes and block of h100i mounted on cpu.

i have two R9 290x tri-x oc graphic cards, and they get hot also around 75-76C first one, am wondering is that maybe a problem heating my cpu cooling block from h100i, i didnt have that issue with cm 212 evo ?
My pc specifications is:
i5 4670k automaticly overclocket with mob OC button to 4.0ghz (h100i)
msi z87 g55
2x R9 290x tri-x oc
Case: CM Storm Stryker white
PSU: Platimax 1000W
Inside Case:

Also i gotta mention, that i used tool to unlock all cores of cpu, as some were parked, and this is fresh installed windows 8.1
Would it help if i connect that two fans of radiator to my fan controller and control them from there ?
Also would changing stock fans help me solve this problem?
Thanks

those fan pus air out on the cooler the same with the back one also do you have a front fan as intake and try to put the psu fan facing down the case if you have vent on the bottom .I dont have any front fan as intake, also i dont have any bottom fans. I have two more fans that are on left side there on picture as they come default with case. Shall i plan to add any more fans as intake ?

Early H100i's had driver problems. See http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/12632-do-you-have-h.... Make sure you've got the latest driver.
I imagine that initially the radiator fans would run at default high rpm till the H100i control system kicks in. But if they settle down to 500 rpm quickly I wouldn't worry. I gather your fans are blowing air in to your case from the bottom and front and are blowing air out from the back and top? If you've got enough air flow the heat from the 290x's shouldn't make much difference.

Thats probable because the H100 simply isnt as good as a regular heatsink. They are less effective as a heatsink that costs half the price. Are you blowing the hot air from in the case onto the radiator?
Hmm i think so, am not rly sure, but i have made some changes, so i switched two side fans, to be like this, so they are pulling air inside the case

As from this picture, the fan on top left side is draws air from case to outside, and two fans from radiator am not sure how to determinate that, but i think they are pulling air outside, so hot air maybe going through fans and radiator to outside.

I done that update as it's described on linustechtips link. And same thing happend after i play bf4 for a hour or so, they drop down to 400-500rpm, and when i open case all the hot air is around tubes and cpu, and fans and radiator are really hot.

the way to find if the pull air out or push air in is to use a kleeenex and see if the fan repel it or try to plul it toward him also put the fan on auto and see what happens ,does the pump feel hot or only the top radiator .Actually thats what i did early today, when i switched front fans. My fans on radiator were pulling hot air through radiator to outside, so i just rotated them, and now they draws fresh air from outside to inside of case, so everything works, and temperatures droped for around 20C when playing bf4, now overclocked to 4.0ghz and temps make more sense, around 30-32C idle. Thanks to every one, for tips and suggestion that pointed me to see, and make it good. Now to back on Overclocking
