Need USB 3.0 Drivers for Toshiba Satellite L55Dt-A5253NR

We recently took a Toshiba Satellite L55Dt-A5253NR and reformatted from Win 8.1 to Win7 Ultimate x64.

This laptop has an AMD processor. AMD A6-5200 APU With Radeon HD Graphics.

We updated the BIOS from version 1.20 to 1.80.
We've installed AMD chipset drivers from AMD site.
We've installed AMD USB filter drivers from Toshiba support site.

The one USB 2.0 port is working fine, but the two USB 3.0 ports do not work -- and we get this message in the Device Manager --

! USB Serial Bus (USB) Controller

Please help! Thanks... :)

We got it to work, by running windows update. Got the SM Bus Driver to initialize and work better. (Even though we already had it installed)...

Then we re-installed the AMD Chipset Drivers here;
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207

Somewhere in that process of running windows update, and reinstalling the chipset drivers we got the USB 3.0 drivers working on this laptop. Toshiba Satellite L55Dt-A5253NR -- Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (Downgraded from Windows 8.1)
