I am looking for faster FPS in Planetside 2, I currently get ~40 on High, ~25 on Ultra. I extremely enjoy Ultra settings and would like to get higher than 25 FPS. I know that PS2 is more CPU intensive than other games, and it indicates that it is CPU bottlenecked next to the FPS indicator. My budget for both CPU and Motherboard would be about $360, maybe a tad bit higher.

I have the following specs:
CPU: AMD FX-4100
GPU: eVGA GTX 750 Ti Superclocked
Mobo: ASUS M5A78L-MLX
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair Builder Series 650W (Something like that)
SSD: Corsair Force GS 128GB
OS: Windows 8.1

I am fine with going Intel, since if I upgrade to FX 8000 series I will need a new mobo anyway.
Also, I live in Canada, so prices are a bit higher here.

If you want to stay amd, then go for the 8320. If you want to switch to intel, the i5 4670k would be the way to go.
Personally, I would just for the the 8320 but I just prefer amd overall.
