Budget PSU for my candidate computer

I'm looking for budget PSU for my candidate computer(for game, course :D  ), and this is the specs:
-i5 3330
-GTX 750ti
-WD Blue 1tb/500gb
-4gb of RAM, i will upgrade it to 8gb later :D 

budget: $40-$50

And i'm still doubtful about the proc, so i have one more question :D  . Which better i5-2400 and i5-3330 :D  .

I assume your total budget is $450? After buying all that how much is left? What's available where you are that fits the budget?

XFX 550W You can pick them up for around 60$ and they are one of the best you can buy. 550W is plenty for that system. Also, I don't know intel processors that well, but they seem to be priced competitively for intel chips, what I mean is, the more money, the better processor. If the prices are similar, then the processors are similar in performance.
