I've been tasked with building a computer on as low a budget as I can. I've read plenty and I'm more than aware that the best option is to buy them individually. Thus far, I'm looking at about $85 combined from Newegg. I'd like to find a better-priced solution, perhaps a case with an included PSU. Apart from Generic Company of Country, Ltd setups, are there any that would either be recommended -- or specifically recommended away from? For example, what about a Rosewill or Cooler Master? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... (Cooler Master Elite 350) or the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... (Rosewill R536-BK) cross my mind as both companies are known for cases and power supplies.

I'm aware but there's always exceptions, even to exceptions ^_~ This is what I'm wondering about.
