I really need help building this computer

Hello I am currently attempting to build a computer from scratch. The last time i put together a computer was in 2009 and i also had some help building that one so i would just like some help building this thing.

So far i know i want
AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity 3.4GHz

I wanted to know if i would need a specific motherboard that supports this. So far I've stumbled upon this:

ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4 FM2 AMD A85X

I wanted to also know if both of these would be able to use my old graphics card

SAPPHIRE TOXIC 100282TXSR Radeon HD 5850

Along with

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

along with various other old parts of my PC such as my hard drive, power supply, etc. or do these parts just need the right slots not specific models to run?

That's a good enough PSU for this kind of build. So consider these parts.

Yes, you will need a MOB that supports the CPU.
It is best to select a MOB then use the CPU compatibility list of that MOB and chose a CPU.
Yes, the GPU will work with that MOB. The RAM will also work.
Check the CPU compatibility list of that MOB and see if your CPU is listed.
If, so it will work! If you can not fins id in the list it is NOT compatible with that MOB.

I did see the CPU in the list, so it is compatible.

So these parts will work with my graphics card? And the other parts shouldnt be a problem?

Thanks for the help to the both of you, I know now about the CPU and MOB but will those be compatible with my graphics card and other parts such as fans etc? Or do i only have to worry about slots for those

Wow well i got a bunch of help from you guys and i didnt realize that TechCIDLC Had already answered my question. Anyway thanks for the help guys i really appreciate it and ill be sure to ask again on the forum if i have anymore questions. Thanks again!
