I need to know if i have to upgrade my power supply.

I recently got a new case for my gaming computer and it has several new fans including two 120mm led fans in the front, one 200mm one the side, and three 120mm fans in the back/top. My power supply is the antec neo eco 620 watts and I need to know if I should upgrade it. My computer system consists of the i-5 3570k quad core processor, asus p8z77-v lk motherboard, CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600 memory, nvidia geforce gtx 770 video card, hyper 212 evo cpu fan, 240 gb sandisk extreme II ssd, seagate 1TB barracuda hdd, Lite-On 24X SATA Internal DVD player. My case is the corsair carbide series 500r white mid tower

I added it in there. its the antec neo eco 620c
